Home - Dashboard

The home dashboard provides a summary of your current service status.

1. Campaign Metrics - Cumulative Message Reached Count
   • The number of messages sent is aggregated on an annual basis starting from January 1st.
2. Campaign Metrics - Cumulative Campaign Count
   • The number of campaigns with responses is aggregated on an annual basis starting from January 1st. (Campaigns with zero responses are excluded).
3. Monthly Message Reach Count
   • Monthly message reach counts for the past 12 months up to the last month.
4. Location permission & Push notification opt-in rate (%)
   • You can check location permission and marketing opt-in rates among the total SDK-active users.
   • You can check the marketing message reception rate among users who have allowed location permissions. Data will automatically become visible after accumulating for a certain period following an SDK update.
5. DAU (Daily Active Users)
   • The daily count of active users who have agreed to share their location.
   • The data for the past 10 days up to yesterday.
   • Options: Total / Android / iOS
6. MAU (Monthly Active Users)
   • The monthly count of active users who have agreed to share their location.
   • The data for the past 6 months up to the last month.
   • Options: Total / Android / iOS
