Default Message

When you configure the message, it will be sent as a push notification.

1. No Message

When ‘No Message’ is selected, by default, no specific event will occur within the app. However, you will still be able to track the number of sent messages in loplat X. If you are using an internal push system, you can select ‘No Message’.

2. Text

Select to use text-only push notifications.

• A/B test settings: A/B messages are sent to users who meet the campaign conditions at a 5:5 ratio. (A) message is control, (B) message is variation, so it is possible to measure which message is more effective for users.

  • On: A/B testing enabled. A and B message can be set below.
  • Off: A/B testing disabled.

• Liquid message (Beta service)

  • Personalized messages can enhance location-based messaging. Send a powerful message to your users by personalizing push messages in one campaign. There is no limit to the number of additional personalized message codes.

  

  1. Choose your liquid code:

  1. Preview: You can see where the personalization code will be placed in the message by previewing it.
  2. Editing does not proceed in preview. The ▼ table is the cursor position.

3. TEXT+IMAGE

Select to use text + image push notifications.

Message Settings

• Once a day: During the campaign period, messages will be sent once per day.
• Once per campaign period: A message will be sent only once during the campaign period.
• Resend after 00 hours 00 minutes: Resend the message after 00 hours and 00 minutes while the user remains at the campaign location.
