Location Settings (General/Residential area Campaign)

General: Execute a campaign in an administrative area, a geofence you created, or a brand/store/category you selected.

Residential: Execute a campaign in the selected (administrative) location's residential area.

• Only selecting administrative area(s) is available.
• The selection of a brand/store/category is unavailable for the residential area campaign.

General Campaign

Nationwide: When Nationwide is selected, all sub-levels (administrative areas, commercial areas, geofences) will be deactivated. Afterward, you can set AND conditions.

Administrative Area or Commercial District or Geofence

Administrative areas, commercial districts, and geofences can all be configured. The settings for each operate under the 'OR' condition.

Administrative Area

You can select multiple states/provinces/regions, cities/counties, and districts/neighborhoods/villages.

Commercial District

You can select multiple states/provinces/regions and commercial districts.

Geofence (Single/Group)

Both single and group selections are possible. However, if you exceed the limit of active geofences, it may impose restrictions on campaign creation. Please make sure to consider the number of active geofences when configuring geofence settings.

AND Condition (Select Brand/Category/Store)

If you have set location conditions, the AND condition will be activated. Set up your campaign location in more detail with the AND condition (brand/store/category). You can easily add them by searching for the desired brand, store, or category in the search bar. Additionally, you can view the available list of categories.

Campaign Matching Conditions

• Run within the set 'store signal range’
  • AOS/iOS Run the campaign when the target segment reaches the range of the store's signals (WiFi, BLE, etc.).
  • iOS The campaign will run using loplat's geofence if the store is not recognized by WiFi or BLE signals.
• Run when in 'store’
  • AOS/iOS Run the campaign when the target segment reaches the range of the store's signals (WiFi, BLE, etc.).

Residential Area Campaign

Residential area campaigns will be triggered when users visit the residential areas within the designated administrative area. However, the geofence, commercial district, or AND condition (brand/store/category) setting is not available for use in residential area campaigns.

*Multiple selections are possible for administrative areas.
